What this website is for
This website belongs to Muni Maya Ram Jain Hospital, Pitampura. You can use it to find our doctors and OPD timings, request an appointment, read health information, and contact reception. It is an information and booking service — nothing more.
This is not medical advice
The health articles, first-aid guidance and package descriptions on this site are general information written for a lay reader. They are not a diagnosis, not a prescription, and not a substitute for seeing a doctor. Never delay seeing a doctor, or ignore something a doctor has told you, because of something you read here.
In an emergency, do not use this website
Booking forms are read by reception during working hours. They are not monitored around the clock and they are not an emergency channel. If someone is seriously unwell, call 011-27317402 or come straight to the emergency room, which is open 24 × 7.
Appointments are requests, not confirmations
When you book here, a slot is held in the hospital system and you are given a reference number. Reception confirms it. A slot can still change if a doctor is called into surgery or is unwell — we will call you on the number you gave. Booking is free; consultation fees are paid at the counter.
Give us correct details
Please book only for yourself or for someone in your family whose details you are entitled to give. Use a mobile number you actually answer — it is how reception reaches you if a timing changes. Bookings made with false details may be cancelled without notice.
What you may not do
Do not attempt to break into any part of this site or the hospital systems behind it, scrape it in bulk, make automated or fake bookings that occupy slots real patients need, or copy our text and photographs for use elsewhere without permission.
Accuracy and availability
Doctor listings, OPD timings and slot availability are drawn live from the hospital management system, so they are as current as our own records. Even so, rosters change at short notice — if a visit depends on a particular doctor being present, please call and confirm. The site may also be unavailable during maintenance.

Where we link out — to a map, or to a government health page — we do not control what is on the other side and are not responsible for it.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website.
